Additionally, multiple units in the building are operated as Airbnb rentals, meaning there is a consistently high volume of short-term guests coming and going throughout the building. If parking availability and a stable, neighbor-based community are priorities for you, those are two factors worth weighing carefully before committing.

Staff is always available and helpful. The location is very convenient there is access to the metro rail and shopping center.

Janine the Property Management is very efficient and very professional. She helped me so much and she is amazing not incompetent as mentioned in one of the reviews. If you looking for a nice clean place to live you should consider Grand View Park. The shopping mall near by is amazing. There is a Publix supermarket, ROSS stores, TJ Maxx, and many more

I feel like there's apartments that have more space and are way cheaper. The price doesn't really make sense for the space. You have to pay for your rent and renter's insurance on top of that. Water you have to pay through an app. Don't get me started on the parking, you need to pay a monthly fee and its street parking if not you need to look for a space across the street. Can't listen to music in common areas. Feels like your under a microscope. If you live alone and work all day close to the area walking distance i think it would be okay, but other than that, don't really recommend.
