Not Worth it

I feel like there's apartments that have more space and are way cheaper. The price doesn't really make sense for the space. You have to pay for your rent and renter's insurance on top of that. Water you have to pay through an app. Don't get me started on the parking, you need to pay a monthly fee and its street parking if not you need to look for a space across the street. Can't listen to music in common areas. Feels like your under a microscope. If you live alone and work all day close to the area walking distance i think it would be okay, but other than that, don't really recommend.

There is no parking available at this complex. The manager is beyond incompetent.

Great price

Great price & quiet community. I’ve actually never saw maintenance but they’re always complaining about me. Parking is not my favorite here because it’s street parking.
