I've lived there since March 2025. Since living there, I've noticed that the property is flood prone. There is also a severe roach problem. Maintenance is pretty good. However, my kitchen sink has flooded twice. There was also flooding near the bathroom shower. I adjusted the water pressure on the toilet because the pressure was inadequate for proper flushing. With the aforementioned challenges in mind, I have recommended Grand Court Lakes to others because the pool is nice and the safety screen is a plus. . However the rescue pole should be more visible.

To live in Miami is a wonderful place to be. The city is filled with things to do, but most of the time i would rather sit in my apartment on the fifth floor and watch the skyline of builfongs along the beach and everthing in between. The staff at Grand Lakes has been great at assisting when anything goes wrong in the apartment. And whenever i have to go shopping for groceries i dont have to go far to reach at least 4 Supermarkets in the area. Theres nothing like living amongest great neighbors in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

I don't have any problem with the location but my issues is my room even though the iced on the room is humide and it becomes dark

Ive lived at Grand Courts Lake for three years and its a great place to live. The residents are friendly and considerate of their neighbors. The grounds of the area are well kept by staff and residents. My future plans for 2026 is to renew my lease for another year at Grand Court Lakes
