Nice Property

I have been living for over a year now & I love it because it's near my work. The staff is good, and the property manager, "Henry," is an incredible person who always listens patiently, hosts friendly parties and is a great person overall. Great place, bare bones, but location is unbeatable

I've lived here almost two years, here being 150 south se 3rd ave and I really like it. It's been a great place to have everything you need within walking distance. Moreover, ,the staff and management is extremely helpful and responsive.

Affordable Apt great location great maintenance and staff

This is a great building to live in. Clean, maintained, great staff, awesome building manager, impeccable maintenance, bug and mold free, great location. For this price point I highly recommend this building. Respectable nice neighbors as well.
