Good place to live.

I have been living in this building for 10 years and have never had any problems. The most important thing is that whenever I have had a problem in the apartment it has been resolved quickly and effectively.

Best value in Miami

Everything from location and the easiest highway access in downtown, to the space inside the modernized units…you will not find better value in Miami. Then theres also such a great sense of community thats surely the result of a phenomenal property manager (Henry) whom you can tell truly cares about the tenants and building. 4 months in and we couldnt be happier with where we chose to live!
