Hidden Gem

So happy I found this place when looking for apts in the area. Building is well maintained. Right on the river. Updated laundry rooms on site. They even have a little dog park and picnic benches to eat and sunbathe by the river. Not too far from the beach and close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Gym and more in the area. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely a hidden gem.

Living here is just awesome. Its right on biscayne, very great location in miami. The best part? Waking up every day to that incredible river view, it's like a postcard come to life. Seriously, if you're looking for a great place to live, you should totally check this place out.
