We love, our community, the staff is amazing, very kind and quick to attend, Parking is a big issue, there is no assigned parking, it's more first come first serve, however all the neighbors ALWAYS have people over and are not considerate to have their guest park in the BIGGER parking lot area so we are left to park further away. Assigned parking needs to be added with some type of stickers signaling residents. Regarding noise, one horizontal line of the wall is all sliding doors, you are going to hear every single conversation people across the street are having, yet funny enough within walls you barely hear your neighbor unless standing outside or they are screaming. Overall we love our little place but parking and inconsiderate neighbors will get to you.. PS pray you don't have a neighbor who likes to stand in front of your door setting off your camera at all hours of the day smoking in front of your sliding door so the smell of cigarettes coming in..
