Amazing, just minor flaws..
We love, our community, the staff is amazing, very kind and quick to attend, Parking is a big issue, there is no assigned parking, it's more first come first serve, however all the neighbors ALWAYS have people over and are not considerate to have their guest park in the BIGGER parking lot area so we are left to park further away. Assigned parking needs to be added with some type of stickers signaling residents. Regarding noise, one horizontal line of the wall is all sliding doors, you are going to hear every single conversation people across the street are having, yet funny enough within walls you barely hear your neighbor unless standing outside or they are screaming. Overall we love our little place but parking and inconsiderate neighbors will get to you.. PS pray you don't have a neighbor who likes to stand in front of your door setting off your camera at all hours of the day smoking in front of your sliding door so the smell of cigarettes coming in..

Hello and thank you for reading my review! I have been living in Executive Apartments for a little over a year; We just renewed our lease for our second year. Overall we would give this property 4 stars! We love the location and the staff is overall great. However, the leasing staff and property manager have sometimes been unavailable when needed. There have been times I have gone to the leasing office an hour before closing and no one is there. Certain staff members are also quick to speak and give their opinions without letting us finish. It makes it a little uncomfortable and awkward when calling sometimes. Everyone has their quirks, but when available the team is very good and willing to help. Moreover, maintenance does a quick and thorough job. The amenities are good. We have an older unit with the new flooring. Thankfully we were able to change the A/C unit this year. Maintenance was quick and efficient with the change. Our dishwasher did have some issues in the beginning, but a simple part change fixed the issue, thanks to the help of maintenance. The price was amazing when we started renting, but the rent was raised over $100 this year, plus a $400 fee for our dog. Although, compared to other apartments, this apartment complex is economical; yet, I am concerned about the upward trend in rent prices for the upcoming years. I think the pet fee is a little high and couldn't be split into multiple payments at the convenience of the leasing party (the property manager was willing to check for us!). The location is beautiful; the noise level is at a minimum. The washing machines are great, and I love the online payments for its use. Thank you everyone for your help and hard work!
