Poor living condition the landlord is very bad

For 2 months I have been reporting the need for theses repairs : air conditioning not working, had to purchase fans. Sink and toilet are leaking on neighbor downstairs. Mold accumulation on walls and ceiling in bathroom due to faulty roof work. Wiring hanging from roof disrupting the broadband signal for my internet. I work from home occasionally and an taking online classes. Hopefully this message will get some results.
