So far so good. Has a few issues. Tower pool not available.

My son and I love living here. The Location is awesome. The apartments are perfect size and with the bedrooms roomy. The staff is very nice and always respond's to any requests or issues we have. The maintenance staff are quick and effiiecient. The price is good. What I love is the people who live here are all very nice.

First, the staff are amazing and have made the entire experience of moving in and living in Merritt Island a joy. Through their actions and consistent communication, it is clear that they care about the residents and aim to improve the property to a higher standard. That being said, the property is currently in a place where improvements should be made to meet these higher standards.
