We "have" a laundry room.

There may be a laundry room, sure, but the machines constantly "malfunction" or are "out of order," with the staff not putting in work orders to correct the issue. They will instead turn everyone's water off and remodel the laundry room, allowing you to do your laundry, but only after three days of failure to communicate that there was a plan to redo the laundry room in the first place. I'd say failure to communicate with the "community" that you're attempting to "cultivate" is relatively lackluster. This is further aggravated by the remodels typically looking half done, or paint in electrical outlets, covering fans, or even splattered all over the sidewalk without being cleaned up.

Screaming People

When I first started living here, it sounded like torture was occurring down the hall. I think maybe that person had a bad month or something. Beyond that, everything was relatively normal aside from the water being shut off every other week with almost no notice, or the clothes washing room being closed for almost two months, or the internet I had to pay for 3 months, and did not receive service for. I also was told "we want it to be perfect for when you move in" but when I moved in there was paint all over the floor, the door didn't close and open properly, the water heater was never hooked up, the towel holder was falling off, the toilet paper holder was dangling after the first week, and they didn't give me any lightbulb for over my stove. It was mentioned that "We'll even give you lightbulbs if you need them." However, contacting someone at this place is a nightmare because even when you do get someone, they usually hang up before even saying hello. There is a constant change in management, so good luck with consistency. One day, you'll be working with So-and-so, then out of nowhere, "Oh, they don't work here." As far as living here, however, the location is incredibly central, the bowling alley across the street is awesome, and everything you need is just a walk away. The people who are here are generally not rude, and they are always willing to help. They paid me back the 3 months of internet service I paid for, and sent 25% off pizza coupons in an email. The mailboxes are really clean, and the A/C is phenomenal as long as you clean the filters as needed. Overall good experience for first time living on my own.

Perfect location

I am the Guardian of a Senior Citizen. Location is really easy for him to shop locally. Big Improvements over the last few years. Maintainence is very fast when the rare issue comes up.
