Rivercrest review
Neighbors are very friendly. Staff is responsive, especially maintenance. The apartment itself needs quite a bit of remodel, which they declined when requested, especially the kitchen cabinets
Good Value
Just make sure not to rent in the 1st building or the last..... Between US1 and the train tacks the biggest down fall is noise. Could be a little more "pet and tennis friendly." Tennis courts are locked with pad locks (no access). No dog park and not a lot of areas to walk a pet.

I live in the back by the train tracks. Need a concrete wall for noise. Not enough laundry appliances. Washer and dryers, and a key to keep homeless and non residents.need designated parking in the back.balconies need barriers to keep dirt and mud out when it rains and splashes all over including windows. Other than that ,most of the time, all the staff are on task...and do their best as well as being friendly
