Palm Harbor Villas

Management has changed a few times over the last couple years. Maintenance is helpful, but property is run down. Advertises more amenities than there actually are. Walls are paper thin, and neighbors are not great. Office manager is very sweet, but works for a not great property unfortunately. Says "gated", but gate hasn't worked for years. Has some homeless population as foot traffic thru the grounds, and property won't address it.

Nuff said, it's about 100 degrees in my bedroom

They don’t fix these apartments, I’ve had the same indent in my kitchen floor since I moved in. I was over charged on the first of January and it has still not been addressed after 3 emails. Even though these apartments are old and there aren’t any amenities besides the laundry rent still goes up. They also never have an on sight property manager to address concerns consistently.

I am pleased with my experience so far. Only thing is would change is all the stray cats that are around.

Granted these apartments are not as "upscale" as the new apartments, which are very expensive and I have lived in in the past. These apartments are so much more homey and cozy.

Not good. Management never present, overpay for minimal amenities. Half of the amenities don't work. Raise rent with no improvement to property.
