I jave been jere dor 4 years and feel the tenants who last should be rewarded rather than diacount dor rhose who you are not sure about people are moving in with specials while our rent increases

I lived here for 2 years and this is the dirtiest neighborhood ive ever been in. People leave trash and food EVERYWHERE and then the "valet" trash money grab on top of that? They barely even pick up trash and when they do its only 1 bag and no cardboard? Why am i paying for that??? You aren't even allowed to decline that "service" The walls are paper thin and maintainenance has had to come to my place on 3 separate occasions, there are still issues. My laundry and dishwasher are done... I bet theyre gonna come in here and say all i need to do is change the filter... Then make me clean it myself. I cant wait til i move out.

The staff are professional. They give you the white gloves treatment. Deion and Neckeisha were very meticulous.
