The service i got was great from begining to end and the staff was great with making sure every question was answer and every demand i have was met ovee all i would recomend ARIUM to family and friends so fsr we are happy with our new home.
Noise from neighbors is horrible.
I just moved in October of 2023 and have been waiting since them for management to take care of the noise from the neighbors.
I am no longer happy.
I've been here for more than two years, and while everything was alright at first, things are becoming worse here as the rent keeps rising. With only one trash compactor for more than 1,000 families, the rubbish situation is dire (Ludacris). I like to either go to the gym or relax by the lake when I come home at five after a hard day at work. Good luck with that; the gym is either closed because the office is closed or they are showing a unit to a new prospect. The lake deck has been fenced and closed for months without any renovations completed. It's unfair that after paying for these amenities, I can't use them when it's convenient.The raccoon problem is ridiculous; they leave their waste in the breezeways and I have to wait days for maintenance to come and remove it. I've spoken with at least three different managers, and they've all promised to repair things and have essentially placed the burden for not investing in your property on YOU, the business owners. Though I'm hopeful that this new manager will get problems fixed, she will need YOUR support as the owners in order to improve Coconut Creek.
