It's convenient due to the shopping stores like (Walmart, Family Dollar, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Lauderhill Mall etc.) and other local stores and restaurants. Staff in the rental office are very helpful. Although they have recently taken over from a previous property management company, they've managed to make significant changes with timely response to emergency situations and non-emergency all while adjusting and learning the property and residents as a whole. Salute to the staff Abraham has been a great help, as well as the receptionist. Thank you both as well as the maintenance team.

Since I've been living here they have change management so many time. They have inform us as tenants that we can pay our rent by the 30th as long as we pay the late fee, which I have been doing and have documents and agreements with the office. The washer and dryer don't work, they went up on them and they don't work. They say they complete maintenance requests and they never come in the home and do anything. It is so many problem but the rent is going up. The elevator don't hardly work and we have a lot of elderly people in these building that can't use the stairs and some with health condition.

I Love living here but the noise is kinda loud on the daily the Maintenance is very bad poop all over the floor sometimes for days sometimes week
