The reason for living in the apartments is because the school is close

What this “landlord” has put her tenants through is beyond comprehension. She is charging the tenants $170+ per month for water (which is WELL beyond what was agreed upon). This was due to leaks on the property that they failed to fix (and this was when our water was included in the rent). When we ask for an explanation or an itemized bill, we are not only ignored but we are charged $100 extra per month in “late fees”. Calls, text messages and emails go unanswered. We are only met with an even larger bill. I have been asking for an itemized bill since September 2021. The landlord refuses to show anybody the water bill which would surely prove that there were leaks on the property that was her responsibilitIf that’s not bad enough,

Nothing is ever fixed and notoriously hard to get a hold of. too many apartment inspections with nothing ever being done while inspecting. bug infested and their so called spraying once a month is just spraying water by your fridge. awful place. awful management.
