What others love about this property:
Great place to live outside of the city
We love it here! It's a great location, the maintenance staff is always professional and quick to respond to requests, neighborhood is relatively quiet, and overall just a really nice place to live. The apartments are pretty new and the layouts are nice. The amenities are great but they're starting to slip up a little with the pool having some defects, the gym never being stock with wipes or even hand sanitizer, and the recycling/trash situation can be a bit aggravtating.
Beautiful View back building
My husband and I have been living here with our Maggie girl dog for 8 months, and it has been one of the best apartments we have stayed in. We move quite often because of my husband's line of work, about every 14 months. We both say we wish his next project could be in the Lutz/Wesley Chapel area so we could stay one more year. We have one of the apartments in building 15 overlooking the pond. You actually see deer in the morning and evening. The only thing I wish I could change is how you can hear your neighbors move from above. You can hear them walk, and close the cabinet doors. You can even hear when they move in bed. We have a sound machine at night and earplugs. It just isn't right when you can hear someone's bed!! But everything else is just perfect here. We consider ourselves very lucky to be here, and we thank you all very much.

Great Location, Beautiful View back building
We have only lived here for a short time, and the neighbors seem to be very nice. The property is very clean and quiet. Dog Owners - Jeff & I own a dog, her name is Maggie, and she is a Chocolate Lab/Australian Shepard mix. And she was born on February 1, 2020. We brought her home on February. 28, 2020, and then the world decided to shut down, so it was just Maggie and me at my office for over a year - just the 2 of us. She is very spoiled, as you can imagine. We worked from our apartment the next year instead of driving to the office. Now we are in year 3, and she really hasn't had much socializing except with our five grandchildren. Maggie loves to bark. She barks and barks and barks. I don't want anyone to be afraid of her. She is so very kind and would hurt anything. She even runs from the bunnies!!
