Great Price but some Flaws

The community is pleasant, and the apartments are nice. Parking through Parking On Call is satisfactory, though a bit too strict, but I understand the reasoning. The amenities are adequate. The main amenity is the pool, but management recently informed residents that it will be closed for over a month during the peak summer season instead of postponing the resurfacing to the off-season. Management is not the best; they are not particularly polite and their customer service is lacking. Maintenance is reactive rather than proactive. The stairwells are not routinely power washed or cleaned; you have to request it, and then they eventually address it. This is particularly frustrating because the hallways and stairwells smell like dog urine when it rains and becomes humid.

Almost the perfect place!

The staff at the Grand are fantastic! When it comes to the front office or the maintenance, they are always willing to assist and make sure you're taken care of. The property is practically pristine. Our lawn-care workers make sure the area is free of leaves or other debris. Location is the only crux. Since it's about 5 minutes away from Disney, traffic can be hectic almost constantly. But the close by supermarkets and shops do make up for that!
