Things that need desperate attention
Price steadly increases every year. But property needs to be updated more maintenance. And appliances need to be replaced along with duct cleaning for better breathing with all the dust and ac problems

Great value, good rental
Going on 3 years, good price, quiet, and friendly staff. Maintenance team works well to get work done. Building gets yearly maintenance done and are well kept. Enjoy living here and no issues with any neighbors or loud neighbors.
