If there was a zero to rate Maintenance and Staff I would have clicked that! This property management company has been extremely disappointing to partner with in leasing. The property itself is not well maintained by the owner of which does the absolute bare minimum to keep the house from falling apart. There is a lot of work that needs to be done within this home. The property management company partners with the absolute slowest and worst local businesses to keep the cost of repairs low which is at the expense of the tenant both metaphorically and physically. While Rachelle is a nice 'person' however it is very clear that her concern is more for the owner of the property not about what is right for the tenant's comfort and safety.
