The Good Life
This is a nice community with great staff and maintenance staff. The pool, gym, grill area, and lounge are all very nice, plus it’s a short walk to the beach and downtown Jax Beach.
Great beach apartment
As a resident who has lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half, I have had only positive experiences. The location, is great super close to the beach, but on weekends when the beaches are packed we don't get the same traffic that you would get if you lived on the beach which is nice. The residents here are awesome and the staff is always friendly and responsive, and they go above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. The pool is always clean and refreshing, and the gym is well-equipped with everything.
