Not sure why I’m being forced to provide a review before I can pay rent. Most things here have been pretty good. Three neighbors seem to cause all the neighborhood issues, which are rather minor this far. Such is life.

Place is decently priced compared to other places in homestead. However it's alot more the place can offer. Such as repairing appliances and painting the homes. They leave thar task to you. Not ok
