There is a $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, and $200 for a second pet. Additionally, there is a $25 monthly Pet Rent. Everything will be better

All area are in good condition need be cleaning the upstairs every 2 week l think so the pool is ok the light are in good condition

Great community butI belive that security cameras should be on all places to make sure that other residents are in complience with the condo regulations and they can also make sure residents are picking up after their pets. I have a dog and I do not undestand how people are ok living they pets poop all over.
