Pet Policy

It is the policy of Legacy Residential Group that any aggressive canine breeds not be admitted into our communities unless prescribed by a physician as a service or companion animal. Listed below is the list of aggressive breeds created in a report issued by the CDC. Indoor pets per apartment may not exceed 50 lbs. and 27 inches in height. No exotic animals are permitted. There is a $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, and $200 for a second pet. Additionally, there is a $25 monthly Pet Rent. Breed Restrictions Include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
