My private forest
I was looking for a place in Gainsville with a great location within a crush of time. I mer with Chelsea trough the phone and she explained to me EVERYTHING about TPC. I made a couple of request, and with her unique motivation, she just made it happened.. It came time to visit the place which I chose to call "home" and had a good feeling about it, but never saw. Chelsea received me like we were old pals which made me feel at home, she is ADORABLEEE!! I met staff Marisol and Jules which are GREAT!! I felt in love with how well taken is the place, apt layout, amenities and LOTS of TREES.. Rent it's kind of high, but that's out of their control. Good thing is that you see where your money is going with maintenance crew on patrol everyday, VERY POLITE and Professional.. I've been here for a couple of weeks and simply love my little forest. Did I said "CHELSEA ROCKS"??
Wouldn't stay again
Firstly the rental portal adds 40+ dollars to your rent if you pay by credit card, and it is encourage to pay online. The jacuzzi tub was great with the additional shower in the same bathroom but other than that it is just a standard apt that you can find anywhere. GRU is the company at paddock club for utilities and they rape you with outrageous cost one time I had to pay $700 in one month all the other months are $400 easy. (I moved out and my entire utilities bill is 200. no security fee if you have good credit but they get you at closing with carpet fee and a confusing smart rent fee . I dont understand why I have gotten charged for something they put in without my consent. All in all if you want to live in a place that charges 550 for carpet, raises there cost of living at times because it is a college town. Kills you with utilities prices that are out of this world, makes living inconvenient with upgrades such as asphalting a parking lot during a school season, has loud kids running around, and just simply doesn't care about you just the money you produce them than this is the place for you.
Best Staff ever
Absolutely amazing office and maintenance staff. This is a big reason why we resigned for a third year. Please give them raises and a paid vacay! They deserve it :)
