Myers, Florida!  This three-story community features 68 one-bedroom apartment homes, some specifically designed for mobility-impaired residents, as well as some homes designed for sight and hearing-impaired residents.

People who are 62 years of age or older and whose incomes are no more than 50% of the area's median income can apply to live here and receive rent subsidies. Qualified residents will pay no more than 30% of their adjusted income for rent and HUD will subsidize the remaining cost.
