Cool place, little pricey

Very nice place, beautiful pool and nice amenities. Could have just been out situation (hotel hopping after relocating) wish the process was a little faster. Every rental around was the same price per sqft and anither resident stated they received 3 free months for the same lease terms which was not offered to us, these had good amenities and took 10 days from initial tour to move-in.
