This is a great property. Inside finishes are modern, and nice. The current Management Company has not put much money into maintenance of the property. It’s a shame because the previ management companies were on top of everything. I don’t feel this is the fault of the staff. They can only do so much with the resources they are given, however they do get defensive when asked about stepping up the maintenance.

It's a good transitional place to live. Probably challenging for those who are used to owning their own homes and properties and making their own rules, I have been happy enough here...the current staff is excellent!

We have lived here since January 2020. The location is prime, but it is very disappointing that the gates have maybe worked a total of 6 months since we have moved in. As far as the noise level, the buildings were not built to consider your neighbors above you. This has been through three ownerships and by far the more recent one has been the best staff and doing more for the tenants.
