Neighbors great and community is clean and nice. It's overpriced. As my AC has been fixed 3 different times and maint says it need to be replaced . When upstairs AC is serviced it always flood downstairs where we are That's also happened 3 times. You can hear everything upstairs as these are old units biuilt of wood. Apt rents have reduced by an average of 10%by it not here. . You should value your good tenants and you would not have to offer free rent to rent units.
