Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations. Cats and dogs up to 75 pounds are permitted. Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals. Non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first animal. $350 for each additional animal. Monthly rent $20 per pet.

The staff have been kind , However, since moving into this apartment, I have experienced ongoing issues with the bathtubs that have yet to be fully resolved since I moved in for 5 months now, The master bathroom bathtub was eventually repaired, but I am now facing the same issue in the guest bathroom. The guest bathtub has been repainted twice, and most recently the paint has started peeling again. Overall, I have been dealing with this matter continuously since the beginning of my lease. My concern is: how was the apartment placed on the market without properly addressing these maintenance issues? Should this level of corrective maintenance be occurring while a resident is already living in the unit? Additionally, I noticed that I am being charged a monthly fee for cable TV, which I have never used. When I contacted the provider to request installation, I was informed there would be a $100 installation fee. I find this confusing — I am being charged monthly for a service I did not request or use, yet I am also expected to pay an additional fee to activate it. These may seem like small issues individually, but addressing them proactively would significantly improve resident satisfaction and the overall rating of the community. I look forward to your clarification and resolution.

Nice community, but unfortunately, there are no strict rules for pet owners who leave pet waste everywhere around and inside the community. Sometimes it is not even possible to take an elevator due to the smell of pet urine, which is simply disgusting. Also, maintenance is very poor; the second-floor garage access door handle has been missing for over a month. It's not worth the rent money you spend to live there.

To much noise during the morning when people are trying to sleep, a lot of people work nights and sleep in the morning, alarms are also nuisance... Floors needs professional cleaning not just broom and dust pan. Shampoo cleaner should be done in the afternoon and construction should start after 11am , not early 9am
