Upon renting was told would have a gym and a pool neither is anywhere near completion after a year the noise from restaurants (Hampton Social) requires a noise canceling machine in order to sleep and even then its very loud on weekends the rent was raised after a year despite all the issues and unfulfilled promises which are not minor
