We need the gate to be operational

The location is great! I would like the meeting area of the club room open after hours and the gate to work effectively and be kept closed

Resident for 2+ years

Excellent place to live but there have been some issues that have brought down the value over time. They no longer do recycling here and the trash compactor breaks frequently. The facilities (pool and gym) were always very clean in the beginning, but as more and more people moved in to the complex, the upkeep has not been good. Otherwise it's a great location and they always have food trucks come which is cool.

However, because certain breeds do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
