This complex is amazing for the price and the amenities you get access to. There is plenty of parking and the maintenance team is always going around maintaining the property. My only issue is that the walls between the neighbors above/below you seem pretty thin making the noise level pretty loud at times.

When I first moved in there was a strict no smoking on property rule. Now 2 years later I see more cigarette butts in the parking lot not to mention seeing people smoking in the parking lot and on their balconies. Love the community but the newer tenants are making the community not as beautiful as it once was
