The property management staff of Elite Realty Agency is always great, 5 stars at everything but Island Club West HOA office staff is not good. Their procedures are not good and never seems to be consistent. The parking rules for vistors are very inconvenient that vistors have to park so far away from my front door. The owners of this communinty is usual very upset about how their HOA is managing their property that they own.
