I moved to Clermont from Miami and Sundance was the last one on my list visit before making my decision. Soon as I walked in to the office, I got a very calming vibe and that matched the friendly staff members. Maddie showed me the apartment, which was perfect for what I was looking for. I noticed that it was very clean and up to date. Then we went to the pool area and indoor gym, and I fell in love with the place. I couldn't believe that they had all the equipment needed to get a good workout and a punching bag which is a huge plus! I loved that there was a place to bbq and play area by the pool. All this and located conveniently close to a park and US27 so I was sold!

8/13/2021 - 3 Month Update Review: Congratulations to this entire team for their excellent work. Maintenence is always prompt and well done exceeding the standards of excellence. Communication is always on board. I am very appreciative to the owners for having police officers in the community 24 x 7 for our protection making this community a peaceful oasis to live. Thank you Yazmin for attending my concerns on a timely manner and being understanding. And to all of you, thank you for what you do to make it better. 4/10/ 2021 Congratulations to the owners of this community for taking very well care of your property. Jennifer Grafals?? I will never thank you enough for the superior job you have done guiding me on this transition. You were on point every step of the way, very knowledgeable, kind and empathic. I took my time to observe every detail on the apartment as it was handed to me. Very B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L and sparkling clean. I echo on my fellow neighbors regarding the quietness and serenity of it. Indeed it has been a gift on my process. I will assure to keep that care on point respecting my downstairs neighbors with all our consideration. The gates will have a malfunction in specific moments due to the constant use of course. That is reasonable. Jasmin, you are kind, sweet and humble as always since I know you 3.5 years back and you never change. As a healthcare provider and first responder,, we are seeking peace and rest.
