Sometimes can smell smoke in bathroom area. Please send reminder to all residents again to not smoke inside or even in patio or door area of all units. Thanks..

Severe lack of on-site management

Over a week ago I placed a maintenance request over the phone (I also spoke with Frank, one of the maintenance personnel, in person a day later) and have no received a response yet. Fran suggested I go in person to speak with someone at the leasing office, which I did, but nobody opened. I went again today to the leasing office and called while standing in front of the office doors and nobody was on site. Elias, the new Maintenance Manager and Tina, the new Office Manager, were both off site at the same time- only Frank was inside. Considering that Nina is on leave, nobody is taking care of the residents' needs and this is unacceptable. I made another phone call hoping I can finally get an answer on our maintenance repair request. In addition, residents pay for amenities and they refused to print time sensitive documents for me as a courtesy. If we have county guidelines regarding the use of the business center how is it possible that the pool and fitness center are open and not the business center? If the property management company was properly staffing the leasing office this would not be an issue. Scheduling appointments to use the business center. wearing protective masks, maintaining six feet of distance and disinfecting the business center after each use is one possible solution. The management needs to take the initiative to resolve our issues. We were told that they are under staffed, yet this is an issue that it has not been taken care, while we are still paying same amount of rent for amenities we cannot enjoy. I've been looking around for other properties in the area, such as Arbor Bay, which currently has nine staff members and charges similar rent. We understand there is viral pandemic, but throwing your hands up in the air and apologizing for the inconvenience does not resolve any of the residents' issues. We love the Palms of Clearwater generally, but it is a shame that management's response, or lack there of, has been so ineffective thus far.

I feel with today's world of IT, your site should be able to adjust your system to accept more than one person to pay portion of the rent. There is no reason to be behind on this possibility. The parking is almost slim to none. Do we have additional cars that have no stickers on them parking in open/visitor spots? Why do we keep seeing the same cars parked in same visitor spots without parking stickers? When we moved into the apartment, i can't believe the maintenance was not done properly on the apartment. How could you keep a faucet in the bathroom that looks 20 years old in place and not replace with even a $15 new one? The drain plug doesn't go up and down properly. Do you have qualified maintenance on site? Holes around cable and electric plugs. Kitchen outlets do not work properly. This could result in a fire. This isn't mean to be mean, just straight forward honesty.
