Love getting my car towed the same day I pay rent. Can’t and won’t enforce anything in the lease involving neighbors smoking weed inside buildings and blasting music throughout the night but let’s draw the line on someone waiting on a state transfer for their tags. I cannot wait to leave this place.

Don't come here. They have a roach problem and pest control has to come once a month to fumigate the apartments. The assistant property manager Matt Teeham is also rude and entitled. I had an issue with autopay after the lease was over and Newport Colony decided to take the money that was pulled from my bank account without my authorization to pay balances without telling me they were going to do that. They took my rent money for my new place and said it was my fault because autopay wasn't turned off right away. It took them a month to send me a check with the wrong amount. I had to go to my bank to get my money back and now Newport Colony wants to charge me a stop fee because the bank returned my money and they had to cancel the check they sent me with the wrong amount. Go somewhere else. One star was generous.
