Management is extremely difficult to get ahold of. Lease violations on the property management's part and the home has been left unsecured twice now after maintenance.

Where do I even begin……. Let me just tell you, I am a sucker for great customer service and Shania and her team went above and beyond to make this move as smooth as possible. From the day that I did my viewing, to second guessing whether or not we wanted to be on this side of town, to move in day, and getting set up with all of the additional amenities, I have never had a move as easy and well managed as this. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very nice. The water is less than a quarter of a mile away and I actually love that it takes not even 15 minutes to get to everything in Lynn heaven/Panama but also there are plenty of grocery stores and food on this side of town as well. I can not thank Shania enough for her patience and true hospitality. If you are second guessing moving here, DO NOT. It is kid friendly, spacious, and a safe area. We are extremely happy with our decision moving here, especially not being from Panama! Let me also brag that there is a small kids play ground, side walks for plenty of walking, a pool, security system, ring door bell, and keypad lock just in case you don’t have your keys. Thank you again management this was a major move for us from Tallahassee and you all made it a breeze!

Overall bridge harbor is pretty good, its alittle on the higher side for rent given the area it is located in. Units are really nice but parking is hard to come by here
