A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet, $500 for two pets is required.  There is no weight limit for pets. Exotic pets are allowed. Breed Restrictions Apply. Permitted Exotic Animals: Hamsters, Birds, Fish, Turtles, Rabbits, Reptile.  Pet Policy Fees apply for all pets, except fish. Fish tanks must not exceed 20 gallons.  The following breeds are restricted from Madison Communities: • Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers • Rottweilers • Doberman Pinschers • Chows • Presa Canarios • Akitas • Alaskan Malamutes • Wolf-Hybrids   PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS and renewed annually for residents. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of applicants and our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a no animal household, an animal household, or request accommodation for assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
