The apartments are in a nice location but that being said, they are quite dated.

I absolutely love living at ARIUM Bristol Bay! The maintenance team is absolutely phenomenal—always prompt, professional, and dedicated to keeping everything in perfect condition. Their hard work truly makes this place shine! The safety measures throughout the complex give me so much peace of mind, especially with small children. The layout and configuration are thoughtfully designed, making it a great place for families. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with neighbors who make it feel like a true community. The pool is stunning and perfect for relaxing or letting the kids splash around. And the location? Just minutes from paradise! Whether it’s beaches, dining, or entertainment, everything you need is close by. ARIUM has exceeded all of my expectations, and I couldn’t imagine a better place for my family to live.
