I have been living at the Villages of Banyan Grove since November 2022 and I couldn't have picked a nicer Community. They are quick to respond to any issues, the leasing office are always attentive and a pleasure to deal with. The location is perfect with its proxi.ity to shopping and highways.

Community that care at a great price!
With the cost of rent sky rocketing I feel like Banyan Grove is a hidden Gem in Boynton Beach. They are very very affordable compared to other locations in the area and the amenities are great. The property is well kept and maintenance responds faster than anywhere else I have seen! Everyone is friendly from the staff to my neighbors. We have had issues with vehicle break ins...but who has not in Boynton Beach? Even communities with gates have the same issues and it feels like Banyan has gone above and beyond to try and limit this by hiring a new security service.
