I have been here for 27 years. The complex needs a refresh. As for maintenance, the ac in the fitness center has been out for most of the year. The maintenance staff, however, is wonderful, especially Phil. I would have hoped for a better rent renewal reduction due to my long-term status.

The building itself has a lot of deferred maintenance that makes it look shabby. My guests were not impressed in spite of the good location. The service elevator always has a bad smell. Doors at ground level are sometimes left open which creates a security concern.

Moved in a few months ago. The trash chute and slow maintenance fulfillment are my gripes. Our hallway always stinks. Other than that we are happy here. I wish they would use the same air deodorizer they use on floor 9. The trash compactor issue is so gross.

The common areas are not being maintained to the standard they should be, which is very unsatisfactory. There are noticeable odors throughout the hallways and shared spaces, and overall cleanliness is lacking. At present, the condition of these areas does not reflect that of an upscale property.

I have lived in Mizner Park a long time and it is like a little community. All the neighbors are friendly, location is great and the employees are always ready to help.
