A Great Place
I have lived at Gables Town Colony for 4 years. In that time, I have had a great experience. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in and, though they're few in number, any maintenance concerns I've had have been delt with swiftly. All staff members, whether they be maintenance or office, are very nice and I've spent more than a few hours chatting with them when I visit the main office. There are often families enjoying the pool and many of the children in the community play together. I've had little problem with noise, its almost impossible to hear anything from your neighboring apartments as long as no one is standing outside your door and holding a conversation. The location is excellent being so close to multiple shopping centers, the mall, and the highway entrance. Overall I've had a great time living here.
Love Living Here
I have lived here for 10 months and have just signed a new contract. The property is a great, central location, and staff and maintenance are great. My 1 bedroom apartment is really cute and comfortable for me and my small dog. The heated pool is nice! I wish I didn't have to drive to go to the gym but it's right down the road, so not much of an inconvenience. Overall, I'm enjoying living here!
