I have had a black mold problem in my apartment for over a month. I had called constantly and have gone to the office repeatedly to no avail. I’m in the process of moving out because I have recently under gone a triple by-pass with a pace maker. This management could care less.

My experience living at Laurel at Altamonte Springs has been a good experience. I have lived here 2 months so far in my 12 lease. Office Staff has been great as well as maintenance answers request quickly. The price is lower than most complex and the units are oversized and renovated. I would recommend this complex for friends and family. .
