Great location

I have lived at Boca Vista for almost a year. I greatly enjoy how close I am to stores and restaurants. It's nice to not be too close to downtown Orlando, but also a quick Uber will get me there. The small gym is convenient, but I wish it had more workout equipment. Neighbors here are respectable, and rarely there's late night noise. I love my back enclosed patio and view of the small creek behind my building. If I have an issue with an appliance, maintenance responds within a day. I really like the smart thermostat and door lock that let me check my place when I am on vacation. Overall, this is the best price for the area.
