Pets allowed. Dog/Cat Policy - We do permit pets: One pet per apartment, and it cannot be more that 30 pounds full grown. These are strictly enforced and, if violated, may be cause for termination of your lease. A $300.00 potentially refundable Pet Deposit is required, but there is no additional monthly fee. We reserve the right to exclude aggressive and/or exotic pets.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

Property description
Silver Mill Apartments is comprised of four, 3-story buildings overlooking Silver Lake. Each building has personal entry-code-limited access and an elevator for Residents' use. Each apartment has a full-size washer & dryer in the unit. An assigned, storage area (approx 70 sq. ft.), located in the basement of the building, is also included for each apartment. Please contact our Property Management office at 302-736-0674 with any questions. Key to interpret Silver Mill apartment numbers: First digit is the building number; Second digit is the floor; All three digits together make up the apartment number Example: Apartment #213 is located in the 200 Building on the first floor. Apartment will be identified as # 213 on the apartment door.
