Normal-is
Everything is pretty standard for an apartment, some small interior discrepancies but it works
Maintenance
The maintenance requests are almost always completed immediately. This is important since I work a full schedule and do not have time to followup.I have live here since 2008. Don S
Good location
I have lived in Cannon Mills for seven years this December. During that time there has been four Property Managers and three complete maintenance crew changes. When I first moved in the outside area and the apartments were well maintained. Outside maintenance has definitely degraded to the point that it takes five to six months just for lighting installation tree stumps or shrubery to be removed. Also, annual rent increases are 15 and 20% oor higher.
