St. Andrews kept their property absolutely filthy and disgusting throughout the entire time that I was a tenant! Dumpsters were constantly overflowing with trash and into the streets! I actually have pictures of this shocking display! I am sure that NOTHING has changed given the length of time that, the owner Jerry Heisler, had kept this place throughout my residency there! This place is a public safety Hazzard! I have had to call public health on them more then once! Numerous residents have complained about the filth and the overpowering stench of this complex, throughout MANY years there! Jerry Heisler and his workers, seem to have absolutely NO pride or investment with how St. Andrews keeps this place! St. Andrews also allows pot holes to fester, widen and deepen throughout the development To the point that people have fallen and injured themselves while out walking and people have also damaged their cars due to the poor conditions of the streets! You will find that these issues as well as others, are ongoing themes throughout the development! The owner Jerry, cares A LOT more about saving a buck then he does his residents or this development! Please look elsewhere prior to coming here! The prices are outrageous considering the hazardous conditions of this complex!!! You want a place that you can take pride in! A place that you would be proud to show to others! A place that you can call your home! But, NOT a place that resembles the community dump or junk yard! If you move to St. Andrews, based on my personal experience, I can assure you, this IS exactly what you will be getting!
