Living here since early 2018 and it’s been more ups than downs. However, I had to catch my own vermin and treated my own pest upon moving into my unit. Very noisy neighbors. A few stray cats that reproduce every 6 months and live in the neighborhood. Little to no parking for guests. Limited providers for reliable internet providers. Numerous car break ins...the staff is lovely but often forgetful of work orders and processing them out. You will need to follow up with regular routine fixtures for your unit such as filter changes, cleaning and changing dryer vents, etc. They won’t do it unless you request it.

I was the first person to move on the property when it was first built and every since then, parking has been terrible. I shouldn't have to walk a mile to my door just to park. This needs to be fixed ASAP. The towing situation does not help.
