package thefts

Management is aware that packages are being stolen from the mail area. I am having everything delivered at this time due to covid-19 and staying home with a special needs son. I do not understand why at the very lease something is not sent to all residents telling them that they are aware of the thefts and their expectations. What I really would like done is the camera being placed in a place were the mail area can be viewed not just at the elevator and put up a sign stating that persons are being recorded. This is very frustrating!!
