Recently in February 2024 the box in the front entrance malfunctioned and the sound was ongoing 24/7 for almost three weeks until it was fixed. That seemed to be negligence and lack of compassion for residents near the entrance that had to listen to that sound all night and day.

For this being my first place ever and with everything that is occuring within this world toward those of color; this place aint too shabby! There is banging in the middle of the night but i was told that was the pipes. Everyone is communicative and expressive to what they are seeking within a neighborhood as well as a community. I have only had one incident occur and management was pretty understanding and forgiving. Aslong as rules are followed and respected there really isnt any trouble on the premises. When first moving in i had a couple of items stolen prohibiting me to be absent. Hopefully that will change within the coming future. Thanks petworth! :) mahalo.
