The first time I am in an apartment and they have leakage, it is already 3 months and they still do not fix the leaks of the bathroom of the room and the kitchen. it will be that one day they will fix that. or where one is going to

The owners of this building dont understand business. They are rude and don’t care about the tenants. It is very difficult to manage properties when the owners are determine to invest the bare minimum. Despite to good intention of the property manager the outcome will always remain the same. A great apartment building in a strategic location should not be struggling to get people in the building. Great property manager that work tirelessly, cares about the tenants and understands what takes to gain harmony between the tenants, Property mgmt company and ownership. Unfortunately the last one in the triangle can careless about that.
