Clean, in a wonderful town. Expensive. But at the moment that is everywhere

Always maintenance on site and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Pretty quiet at most hours and location is central for most things around us

Staff & Maintenance amazing. The actual apartments are just ok. We moved in everything seemed fine but once we settled in you can tl everything was cheap down to the paint. We moved In during the summer loved the idea of the big window ledges so I can place things and I sadly had to take them down because the paint was sticking and peeling right off.

Amazing staff, very friendly and I always see a maintenance man around not hard to find at all. Accommodating as well as quiet most of the time. Literally walk to the beach or short drive to downtown areas too. Parking is available but paying for a space is preferred

Overall 4/5 I have been living in this apartment complex for almost a year and I feel it offers a mixed bag of pros and cons that future residents should be aware of. First off, let's talk about the strengths. The staff here are incredible—always polite, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. I've never had an issue that wasn't addressed promptly. The maintenance team is equally impressive, tackling any repairs or issues in the apartment swiftly and professionally. The location is another major selling point. Conveniently located near major highways, shopping centers, and recreational areas, the commute and weekend plans become a breeze. For me, the accessibility to daily necessities and fun outings balances the scales in favor of choosing 278 Main. However, the amenities (laundry on site, dishwasher, pet friendly), while present, could use an upgrade. There's no gym and overall the facility lacks the in-unit luxury touch you'd expect for the rent you're paying. Speaking of rent, while the apartments are comfortable, the price tag feels a bit hefty for what is ultimately offered. Noise can be another concern as it is on a busy street. The walls are not thick, so you may hear your neighbor's TV or late-night conversations more than you'd like. Likewise, parking can be a hit-or-miss affair if you don't have reserved parking like we do. The lots are often filled to capacity, making it a challenge to find a convenient spot, especially during evenings and weekends. In summary, while the community does provide a well-maintained, friendly, and accessible environment to call home, it does fall short in some aspects that could significantly improve the overall living experience. If you value excellent customer service and a prime location and can overlook some of the downsides, this apartment complex will serve you well. But if you're searching for a complete luxury package that fully justifies the rent, you might feel a tad underwhelmed.
